4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and will be cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• 662bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts), the bonus will be forfeited.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered valid only after final confirmation. 662bat will not be held responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to internet connection issues or technical problems at the time of placing.

5.2 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply. In in-play betting, odds are updated in real time based on live event data.

5.3 Cancelled or Suspended Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the related bets will be voided and the stake will be refunded. Events that resume after a normal break are generally considered valid.

5.4 Technical Errors

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Arbitrage betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, computer viruses, or malware.
• Using software bots or automated systems to influence game outcomes.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
• Engaging in fraudulent or manipulative behaviour toward other members.
• Running any unauthorised promotion using the 662bat name or brand.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

662bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason. This will take effect immediately in cases of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activities.

7.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed (minimum withdrawal limits apply).

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. An admin fee may be applied to inactive accounts, or the account may be archived.
